Let's get kids excited about science, technology, engineering, and math!

The College of Science and Engineering sponsors events, tours, camps, and other opportunities for children from kindergarten through high school. These programs are designed to spark and feed interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). They help young people begin to see themselves as future college students and professionals in these fields.

Connect your child or your school to opportunities like these:

  • The thrilling slapstick humor of science in the Physics Force show
  • Chemistry mixed with rock-and-roll and explosions in the Energy and U show
  • Explore hands-on exhibits at the Math and Science Family Fun Fair
  • Tour the Medical Device Center, Earthquake Engineering Lab, Robotics Lab, or other high-tech facilities
  • Summer camp that explores careers in science and engineering
  • And much more!

Interested in volunteering?

Undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the college make these programs happen! Chances are that a certain person or experience first got you interested in science, technology, engineering, or math. Now you can pay it forward. Join others in the College of Science and Engineering who are getting youth excited about science and engineering. Contact the program sponsor or CSE Diversity and Outreach.
