Brett Rosiejka Wins CSE Outstanding Service Award

Brett Rosiejka, Lab Manager and Staff Scientist in the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics, was recently announced as the winner of this year's College of Science and Engineering Outstanding Service Award in the Academic Professional and Administrative Staff category. 

Rosiejka has been with the department for over four years, designing experiments, training teaching assistants, and modernizing lab spaces. He has been instrumental in ensuring the success of students throughout his career.

"The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the light bulb go off in students' heads," says Rosiejka. "Knowing that they learned something from a lab that I helped set up is really cool."

Rosiejka was presented with a plaque commemorating his hard work and dedication, as well as a cash prize.
