An opportunity to meet new BME faculty

Grace Bushnell

Through collaborative efforts with other engineers, biologists, and clinicians, Bushnell's research group seeks to pioneer new strategies for preventing metastatic relapse and improving outcomes for millions of breast cancer survivors.

Bushnell received bachelor's and master's degrees from Northwestern University and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.

Andrew Khalil

The Khalil lab aims to harness the immune system's potential to eliminate pathogenic cells, enhance tissue regeneration, and ultimately improve human health and longevity.

Khalil received a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
