Eric Johnson Seminar
In the dynamic landscape of the consumer products industry, successful brands must continuously adapt to changing market demands. Head & Shoulders, the world's largest shampoo brand, has built its reputation on delivering superior performance in targeting the dandruff condition while maintaining consumer-friendly products. However, with the growing importance of sustainability in consumer preferences and regulatory requirements, formulation science has become a critical aspect of Head & Shoulders' ongoing success.
This talk will provide insights into the innovative formulation science behind Head & Shoulders' commitment to sustainability. We will explore the brand's approach to leveraging core science-driven innovation and strong brand equity to meet the increasing demand for more sustainable solutions. Specifically, we will discuss the exciting developments in drug delivery and formulation science, focusing on new polymer and surfactant approaches. These advancements enable Head & Shoulders to provide minimally designed products that are both effective and environmentally friendly.
