April 29, 2021 - CEMS faculty member Samira Azarin is among the recipients of the University of Minnesota's McKnight Presidential Fellow Award. She was recommended for this award by Mostafa Kaveh, Dean of the College of Science and Engineering, based on her significant scholarly accomplishments.

Dauenhauer wins 2021 Herman Pines Award in Catalysis

April 29, 2021 - Professor Paul Dauenhauer has won the 2021 Herman Pines Award in Catalysis for outstanding research in the field of catalysis from the Catalysis Club of Chicago. Dauenhauer will be the featured plenary speaker at the Spring Symposium on May 13-14, 2021 and present an award address, "The Catalytic Mechanics of Dynamic Surfaces for Energy Technology."
