Assistant Professor Michelle Calabrese named 2023 PMSE Early Stage Investigator

Assistant Professor Michelle Calabrese is among 25 awardees named as 2023 Early Stage Investigators by the American Chemical Society (ACS) Division of Polymeric Materials: Science and Engineering (PMSE). The awards seek to recognize early career scientists and emerging leaders who have had a significant impact on the field of polymer science and engineering across academia, industry, and national labs.

 

Awardees will participate in the Early Investigator (EI) Symposium at the ACS meeting in August 2023. Calabrese plans to present work from her group focused on developing polymeric materials using a new magnetic field-driven technique, entitled "New approaches for developing well-ordered block copolymer materials via magnetic fields."
