CEMS students win President's Student Leadership and Service Awards

Six CEMS students are among the recipients of the 2022 President's Student Leadership and Service Awards (PSLSA). Congratulations to Leah Baker (ChE '22), Grace Kresge (third-year ChE graduate student), Michelle Quan (ChE & MSE '23), Bhargavi Rathore (ChE '23), Sneha Sinha (ChE '22), and Katherine Taylor (ChE '22). These awards honor outstanding students for their invaluable leadership and service to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities and the community.

Michelle Quan was also named a recipient of the Donald R. Zander Alumni Award for Outstanding Student Leadership. Awarded annually as a $2,000 scholarship from the University of Minnesota Alumni Association (UMAA), the Zander Alumni Award is awarded to four undergraduate students, honoring their exceptional academic achievement, personal character, and outstanding leadership and service to the University of Minnesota. Candidates for the Zander Alumni Award must demonstrate compassion for others and a high degree of personal integrity.
