Sreejith Nair Earns MRS Gold Graduate Student Award

Sreejith Nair, a fifth-year PhD candidate in Professor Bharat Jalan’s research group at CEMS, has been awarded the MRS Gold Graduate Student Award at the 2025 MRS Spring Meeting.

This highly selective award is the most prestigious honor presented by the Materials Research Society to graduate students worldwide. Nair was recognized for his pioneering work in engineering novel oxide thin film synthesis and studying the electronic properties of hard-to-oxidize metals.
