Timothy Lodge Receives 2026 ACS Chemistry of Thermoplastic Elastomers Award
Regents Professor Timothy Lodge has been awarded the 2026 Chemistry of Thermoplastic Elastomers Award from the Rubber Division of the American Chemical Society (ACS).
The Rubber Division is one of 32 divisions within ACS and supports research and education related to rubber, elastomers, and polymeric materials. Each year, the division recognizes researchers whose work has made significant contributions to the field. Award recipients are recognized during the division’s Global Polymer Summit, where they receive their awards at the Science & Technology Awards Banquet and present their work in an Awards Symposium.
Lodge’s research focuses on the structure and dynamics of polymers, including block polymers and self-assembled materials. His work has contributed to a better understanding of thermoplastic elastomers and related soft materials.
Congratulations Professor Lodge! Learn more about his research on the Lodge Research Group website.
