Access to University and Collegiate systems
There are many systems at the University to assist staff in accomplishing their work. Some are maintained by central administration, while others have been developed and are maintained by colleges or other University sub-units. Below are several such systems, brief descriptions, and access information.
A human resources and payroll reporting system developed and maintained by the Academic Health Center that CSE utilizes as part of its payroll processes. To request access, download and complete the HRTS4 application form (PDF). Submit the form by email to Beth Kluge.
A financial reporting system developed and maintained by the Academic Health Center. To request access, send an email request to Cathy Burke.
A chart of accounts tracking system with basic financial reporting features developed and maintained by CSE. To request access, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Box for Payroll
A folder system used to communicate and archive payroll requests. To request access for a staff member, the appropriate departmental administrator should email Beth Kluge.
Google Drive for Commitments
A set of Google spreadsheets used to track financial commitments between the Dean’s Office and departments. To request access for a staff member, the appropriate departmental administrator should email Cathy Burke.
University Systems, including EFS and HRMS
To request access to EFS, download and complete the University’s access request form (PDF). Obtain the necessary signatures. To request access to HRMS, visit the HRMS training and resources web page.
