We request you have no more than five representatives at a table at any given time due to space limitations.

If an employer wishes to split shifts among multiple staff members, every staff member must be registered and paid for. The Career Center will bill employers after the Career Fair for additional representatives that show up the day of the event. Additional meal tickets and parking vouchers will NOT be available for purchase the day of the fair. If additional reps would like to have meals provided and receive a parking voucher, those representatives need to be registered in GoldPASS prior to the fair.
  • Parking

  • Employer representatives who are registered for the career fair should park in the following lots in the order they are listed (if a lot is full, please go to the next lot on the list). • Interviews Following the Career Fair

  • Due to large demand, employers are able to reserve a maximum of two interview rooms on Wednesday, Feb. 6, after the Career Fair. The cancellation deadline for interview rooms being utilized following the career fair is Friday, Jan. 5. There will be a cancellation fee of $75 per room if rooms are cancelled or not used after this date.
  • Posting Your Jobs and Internships

  • We strongly encourage you to post your jobs in GoldPASS powered by Handshake to ensure they are visible to candidates in advance of the Career Fair. Posting your positions here allows us to help you promote your positions to students attending the event and to help students prepare for the Fair. If students need to apply for your positions directly through your organization, GoldPASS allows you to specify that.
  • You can search resumes in GoldPASS prior to the Career Fair and reach out directly to candidates to encourage them to stop by your booth.  Contact the CSE Career Center with any questions.
  • Please Note: When promoting your position to students at the fair, the student cannot search by the Job ID number in Handshake. Instead, please ask students to search by position title and company name.
