How many representatives can I have at my booth?

Registration includes admission for three representatives. You may register additional reps for a fee of $70 per rep or for a late addition fee of $100, but you may have no more than five reps at a table due to space limitations.

Can my company split shifts throughout the day?

Your registration includes admission for three representatives at your booth. Any additional representatives must be registered in advance by Friday, Jan. 17, 2020. If a company wishes to split shifts, they must register and pay for any representatives entering the event above the quantity of three. Due to space constraints, you may not register more than five reps per table and we ask that you only have registered representatives at your table. If you have additional representatives that arrive the day of the event and are not registered, you will receive an invoice of $100 for each additional representative after the event, this includes representatives splitting shifts.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You may pay by credit card via GoldPASS Powered by Handshake, or by check. Checks are payable to: University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering Career Center. Please carefully review the mailing address and payment instructions on the invoice you receive upon completing your registration. Please make sure your invoice is included with your payment or your payment is clearly labeled with your organization name.

What meal options will be available?

A catered lunch and light snacks are included for all registered representatives.

Where do I ship my package(s) before the career fair?

Due to limited storage space, packages can only be delivered to an outside vendor we are using for storage. Shipments should be mailed between Wednesday, Jan. 22-Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020. Shipments arriving after Friday, Jan. 30, 2020, are not guaranteed to be delivered to the fair. More information will be provided in your confirmation packet.

What about my package(s) after the career fair?

A FEDEX Air and a UPS Ground pickup at the fair site will be scheduled the evening of each career fair. You will be responsible for providing completed packing slips for each item to be returned. If you are unable to use FEDEX Air or UPS you will be responsible for arranging the pickup and shipment of your packages.
