The Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Centennial & Jubilee celebration continues with this special evening lecture featuring distinguished alumnus Nick Halla (ChE '05), Senior Vice President of Impossible Foods. Halla will discuss his journey from a Minnesota farm to tackling one of the most important technological and scientific challenges of our lifetime: making the world’s most delicious, nutritious, affordable and sustainable meat, fish and dairy foods directly from plants, using a tiny fraction of the resources required for meat from animals.
