Join us for the Characterization Facility Open House! The University of Minnesota Characterization Facility (CharFac) invites all University researchers to attend an open-house-style poster sessions and a lunch and learn, where attendees can learn more about research facilities at CharFac.

Everyone is welcome to visit the Characterization Facility!

Poster Sessions
10 a.m.-noon and 1:30-4 p.m. 
Shepherd Laboratories, Basement

Poster sessions will include presentations from CharFac staff and selected users to highlight advanced applications, newer methodologies, and pathways for research collaboration.


Lunch and Learn
Noon-1:30 p.m.
Mechanical Engineering Building, Room 1130

The Lunch and Learn will provide attendees the opportunity to learn more details about the capabilities of new instruments at CharFac.
