CSE surpasses Give to the Max Day goal

University had record-breaking year

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL (11/20/17) — Thanks to our generous donors, the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering surpassed its goal for Give to the Max Day raising more than $70,000 to support student scholarships, research, and academic programs. This included more than $40,000 in online gifts and a $30,000 challenge gift.

Across the University of Minnesota system, more than 3,300 donors raised more than $1.4 million to make this a record-breaking Give to the Max Day with greater donor participation and funds raised than ever before to support numerous U of M causes. Gifts came from across the country and around the world.

Give to the Max Day is a statewide effort to highlight the impact of giving and inspire donors to support important causes. This year's event was on Nov. 16.
