Outage Description
At 9am, CSE-IT began receiving reports of issues regarding printers in CSE Labs. Users are currently unable to print.
You would get an error message of having zero balance or card not found in database

You would get an error message of having zero balance or card not found in database. There were some issues authenticating the user and card numbers. We believe this incident is resolved as printing is now enable to all users. Please contact CSE-IT if you are still experiencing issues.
