Degradation Updates

12/29/2020, 8:00 a.m., Vole 2D and 3D should now be fully functioning.
12/28/2020, 8:00 a.m., Vole3D should now be up and functioning. We are still working on the update for Vole2D but this shouldn't impact performance.
