Resolved: Service Outage: Adobe Licenses

- All units and individuals with Adobe Licenses supported by CSE-IT.
On 12/7, CSE-IT noticed and began receiving reports of issues with Adobe Licenses. Symptoms include: Adobe licenses becoming inactive.
- 12/08/2021, 9:45 a.m. License authentication has been restored. If you are still encountering issues with your Adobe license please contact CSE-IT.
- 12/07/2021, 3:00 p.m. We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
- 12/07/2021,12:27 p.m. The Adobe Team licenses were incorrectly RMAed by the vendor. They are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.
- 12/07/2021, 12:03 p.m. We have contacted the vendor to investigate the issue.
- 12/07/2021, 11:27 a.m. CSE-IT began receiving reports of issues with Adobe Licenses. We are investigating the cause of licensing issues.
