At 2:08pm, CSE-IT began receiving reports of issues regarding an unresponsive file server. Symptoms include: inability to log into ssh, VOLE, and FastX.
- 09/27/2022, 2:50 p.m. At 2:08pm, CSE-IT began receiving reports of issues regarding an unresponsive file server. Symptoms include: the inability to log into labs machines, VOLE, and FastX. We are still investigating the cause(s) of this issue and we will update this notice once service is restored.
- 9/27/2022, 3:20 p.m. Beginning at approximately 2:08pm today (9/27), we began receiving reports of users that were unable to sign in to CSE Labs, VOLE, and FastX as well as reports of inaccessible home directories. The issue was traced back to a CSE file server that was unresponsive. The server has been brought back online and all services should be working normally.
