Degradation Description

At approximately 1:00PM on 8/15/22, CSE-IT began receiving reports of network communication issues. Symptoms include: inability to connect to the University VPN, license servers, and VOLE machines.

1:58PM - An issue was discovered with a University firewall that impacted several systems and caused service disruptions. The network engineers have implemented a solution and the systems appear to have recovered.
