Provides consulting, management, and support for specialized hardware and software to accommodate classes that require extraordinary technical assistance.
What's Included
- Support for “outside-the-box” class-related needs and requirements—we aim to meet your needs on your budget. Examples include:
- a cluster of Linux computers with multiple network interfaces;
- a VR Lab, including hosting checkout services for headsets and peripherals;
- specialized software distribution, licensing, and server hosting;
- and custom class-related database hosting.
- Coordination with other University providers to ensure you are receiving the most efficient and cost-effective services and support.
What's Not Included
- Support for activities not related to classes, such as research, are provided via other CSE-IT services.
