Provides consulting, management, and support for specialized hardware and software to accommodate classes that require extraordinary technical assistance.

What's Included

  • Support for “outside-the-box” class-related needs and requirements—we aim to meet your needs on your budget. Examples include:
    • a cluster of Linux computers with multiple network interfaces;
    • a VR Lab, including hosting checkout services for headsets and peripherals;
    • specialized software distribution, licensing, and server hosting;
    • and custom class-related database hosting.
  • Coordination with other University providers to ensure you are receiving the most efficient and cost-effective services and support.

What's Not Included

  • Support for activities not related to classes, such as research, are provided via other CSE-IT services.
