Monsen receives 2 research awards at MNRS
Professor Karen Monsen, PhD, RN, FAAN, FAMIA, received two awards at the Midwest Nursing Research Society’s 43rd Annual Research Conference. She is also a faculty member in Master's of Science in Data Science program.
Monsen was the recipient of the Research Excellence Award from the Population Health Research Interest Group as well as the Senior Investigator Award from the Health Systems, Policy and Informatics Research Interest Group.
The Senior Investigator Award is awarded to an experienced researcher who has made outstanding contributions to Health Systems, Informatics, and Policy Research Interest Group and has served as a mentor for students and/or peers.
