I've included some information about myself. Can you tell me if I should apply, and tell me my chances of acceptance if I do apply?
Our application review process is holistic and qualitative and we can not advise on the prospect of admission outside of the full review process.
For Fall 2021 we received nearly 500 applications and admitted around 12% of applicants.
Do you have spring admission? Do you admit students other than for fall admission?
We do not admit for Spring Term. Our application deadline in December is for admission for the following Fall term.
Please send me some information and/or an application through surface mail.
I applied to your department earlier. I've decided to reapply this year. Do I have to resubmit an entirely new application?
Yes, you will need to submit a new application when applying in a new admissions cycle.
It is important to submit any information about your mathematical development since your last application.
You may use the same recommenders, but we ask for new letter of recommendations that comment on the mathematical activities in which you've been involved since the time you last applied.
How many applications do you typically receive each year and how many students do you admit? What percentage of graduate students typically finish your program?
