I was surprised and pleased by the collaborative learning environment amongst the MFM students. They come from a very wide variety of backgrounds and bring lots of different knowledge bases and perspectives to the material. They also readily share what they know. I learned a huge amount talking to classmates.  There are many opportunities in the program for learning outside the classroom too. The coursework will give you a solid foundation. The seminars, competitions, workshops, and internships will give you examples of the details of how it is all used in practice.
