
MCFAM's Undergraduate Actuarial Science program, the Master of Financial Mathematics (MFM) and the Fundamentals of Quantitative Finance Graduate Certificate (FQF) provide students an interdisciplinary framework for building a strong academic foundation while also gaining real world experience with industry. MCFAM students are well prepared for a wide variety of industry jobs and higher education opportunities upon completion of their programs.
B.A./B.S., Mathematics with an Actuarial Science Specialization (Actuarial Program): Students develop a strong foundation in mathematics, and participate in real-world courses taught by faculty and practicing actuaries.
Master of Financial Mathematics (MFM): The MFM has a strong academic curriculum and a multifaceted career development program. Students learn mathematical and statistical modeling, data science and risk analysis within the specific domain of quantitative finance.
Fundamentals of Quantitative Finance (FQF): This two semester post-baccalaureate graduate certificate that can be a gateway into the MFM program.
