ME Faculty Receive Department of Defense MURI Awards

The Department of Defense (DoD) announced $185 million in multidisciplinary university research initiative (MURI) awards to 26 research teams across the U.S. — two of which involved ME faculty members. These highly competitive grants have resulted in research that made significant contributions to both defense and society at large.
