Can my company split shifts throughout the day?

Your registration includes admission for three representatives at your booth. Any additional representatives must be registered in advance by Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. If a company wishes to split shifts, they must register and pay for any representatives entering the event above the quantity of three. Due to space constraints, we ask that you do not register more than five reps per table and you only have registered representatives at your table. If you have additional representatives that arrive the day of the event and are not registered, you will receive an invoice of $100 for each additional representative after the event, this includes representatives splitting shifts.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You may pay by credit card via GoldPASS, or by check. Checks are payable to: University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering Career Center. Please carefully review the mailing address and payment instructions on the invoice you receive upon completing your registration. Please make sure your invoice is included with your payment or your payment is clearly labeled with your organization name.
