Biography

Kenneth S. Kasprisin currently serves as Executive Advisor to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He was initially sworn in with the Transportation Security Administration in June 2002 as a Federal Security Director and has since served in a variety of key agency leadership positions to include Deputy Area Director, Area Director, Acting Assistant Administrator for Aviation Operations, Acting Chief Operating Officer, Acting Deputy Administrator and as the Acting Assistant Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security and Administrator for the Transportation Security Administration.  Prior to joining TSA/DHS, he served as the Assistant Director at FEMA responsible for the Readiness, Response and Recovery Directorate and as the Regional Director for FEMA's Region 10.
