Watch: How AI and Automation Create More Time for Strategy

On Thursday, October 9, the Technological Leadership Institute hosted a webinar exploring the impacts of artificial intelligence and automation on work efficiency, productivity, and strategy. A recording of the webinar is available below.

Hosted by Mark Wehde and David Nguyen, and moderated by Pat Lawton, "How AI and Automation Create More Time for Strategy" used the classic data loop of Data → Prediction → Decision → Success as its starting point. After examining how that loop falls short in several ways, the hosts introduced a more robust loop that includes key elements of judgment and better data, leading to a more complete data flywheel.

The webinar also explored several other topics regarding artificial intelligence and automation including security concerns, the importance of a human involvement while training AI, and questions from the audience.
