Focus: Fair Treatment

Using insights from the Employee Engagement Survey, the Inclusivity Council examines how employees contributing to the U's strategic objectives are treated fairly, recognized, and rewarded.
 
With this priority established, we are working to identify objectives and develop comprehensive action plans, complete with milestones and timelines.
 
Through this work, we strive for a culture of fairness and psychological safety, ensuring that employees feel secure in proposing ideas, expressing emotions, offering feedback, and acknowledging mistakes without fear of negative consequences.
