The current environment has created some uncertainties for students around current and future career plans. The career center team has put together Career Resources for Students: Navigating COVID-19.
The comprehensive career resource document for students includes:
- What we currently know from companies
- How to handle rescinded job/internship offers
- Job search resources and lists of employers who may be hiring now
- Resources for virtual interviewing, online networking, and alternative summer experiences
In addition, CSE Career Center Peer Assistants have created videos sharing career tips during the pandemic. Watch these videos on the Concise Advice webpage.
The CSE Career Center will continue to update this document based on the situation and the information received from companies.
Student Services in the College of Science and Engineering (Academic Advising, Career Center and Collegiate Life) are committed to creating and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive community of learning and scholarship by generating and maintaining support systems for all persons to thrive, especially those individuals and groups highlighted by the University of Minnesota’s Office of Equity and Diversity.
Diversity is embraced and recognized as enrichment to the overall educational experience.
