CSE Wellness Drop-Ins

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or just want to talk something through, these drop-ins offer a supportive place to connect. Students can explore campus resources, talk through concerns, or simply have a conversation—no appointment or preparation needed.

What to know before you come

  • No appointment is required—stop by when it works for you.
  • Drop-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Conversations are informal and focused on support and connection.
  • This is not therapy or crisis care, but a space to talk things through and explore next steps.
  • You do not need a specific concern to attend—check-ins are welcome.

Drop-in schedule

Drop-ins are open to all students and are typically offered both in person and virtually to make support accessible and flexible.

CSE Wellness drop-ins are paused for the summer and will resume during the fall semester. For questions, support or urgent needs over the summer, contact [email protected].

Expand all

1. Complete the intake form

Before attending, please complete the brief CSEWell Drop-In intake form right before your session (for example, not the night before).

2. Choose how you’ll attend

After completing the form:

Virtual: Join the drop-in through the Zoom link: Join Zoom meeting

In person: Visit Lind Hall 105 and check in at the front desk. Let staff know you are there for CSE Wellness Drop-Ins.

3. Plan your timing

Drop-ins are first come, first served, and sessions cannot begin during the last 15 minutes of drop-in hours. Please plan to arrive with enough time to start a conversation.
