SWEekend 2026
In the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota, we believe the future of innovation depends on diverse perspectives. SWEekend is a premier overnight experience designed to showcase the power, creativity, and leadership of women in the College of Science and Engineering (CSE). Hosted by the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), this event offers a front-row seat to the community that is actively redefining what it means to be an engineer.
Participants explore the unique challenges and triumphs of women in technical fields. Whether it’s through mentorship sessions or collaborative projects, you will see firsthand how a supportive network accelerates success from day one on campus.
