Statewide Star Party at the Bell!

Join us for the Bell Museum’s IN-PERSON Statewide Star Party! This year’s theme “Astronomy for All” is designed to empower the astronomer within all of us. Whether stargazing with binoculars, using the stars to guide sea navigation, or applying the laws of astrophysics, there are entry points for all ages, all abilities, and all perspectives to share in the joys and wonders of our deep skies.

Across the state, Minnesotans will be looking up at the sky this weekend as we celebrate Astronomy for All.  Outside, we’ll have our telescopes set up to observe the Moon and our favorite deep space objects (weather permitting). Inside, you can explore hands-on activities, and our expert astronomy team will guide you through the night sky and highlight cosmic sights in our planetarium.

Tickets for planetarium shows are available at the front desk upon arrival, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
