New Physics and Nano Building still being debated 

Legislators and the Governor are still working to come to an agreement on a 2010 Bonding Bill that could include at least planning money for a new Physics and Nanotechnology Building at the University of Minnesota. A conference committee recently approved a bill that includes $5 million of the $53.3 million request for the new building. Governor Pawlenty is threatening to veto the bill. Pawlenty had recommended full funding for the building. Read more>>
