Professional Credentials for Actuaries

To become a credentialed actuary, students are required to pass a series of rigourous examinations. Actuaries earn their actuarial designation through either of the two main credentialing organizations in North America, the Society of Actuaries (SOA) or the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) depending on their field of interest.

Our program provides foundational coursework to pursue initial exams and careers in either track. Students typically pass 1-4 exams prior to graduation, with the understanding that the remaining exams and module requirements will be completed with the support of future employers.

Support in the form of exam-aligned courses, exam prep workshops, and exam sitting fee reimbursements are available to you as a part of our program. Our program includes coursework from a range of disciplines to meet the Validation by Educational Experience (VEE) standards.
