Medical Innovation Value Proposition Design Workshop 2: Customer Discovery

Value Proposition Design workshops are open to University of Minnesota faculty, Mayo staff and student researchers who want to learn about the processes and resources available in developing value propositions to bring an innovation to market. Researchers who have been invited to apply for MN-REACH grants are especially encouraged to participate.

Workshop 2: Customer Discovery:

  • Customer discovery methodologies: interview and observational protocols
  • How to communicate with potential customers and stakeholders
  • Project-specific customer discovery plans
