The CSE D&I Alliance also provides and partners with University units on training for Alliance members.

  • Trains CSE teaching and research assistants on “Serving as Effective Allies for STEM Students” and development of trainers to assist with future training.
  • Works with the University Women’s Center to develop a “Men as Allies” training series for CSE and beyond.
  • Advocates that implicit bias training be required for all CSE faculty hiring committees
