The Human Side of Graduate School: Tools for Navigating Challenges

Graduate school is not only about research—it’s also about navigating the human side of the journey: communication, expectations, relationships, and finding support along the way.

Have you ever been in a situation with your advisor, another graduate student, or in a teaching role where you weren’t sure how to respond? Or perhaps you’ve observed a challenging interaction and wondered what the best way to handle it might be.

The CSE Diversity and Inclusivity (D&I) Alliance invites you to an interactive training designed to support a more respectful and supportive academic environment.
