MIN-CORPS: Using a Venture Competition to Advance Your Startup

Monthly dinners where current and future science and tech entrepreneurs share a meal, hear from experts, share their challenges, and seek advice. Venture competitions are about so much more than winning prizes! Tech and science-based startups also can use venture competitions to:

  • refine their value propositions
  • validate their business models
  • receive feedback from experts
  • get in-kind support
  • connect with potential customers
  • meet future suppliers or partners
  • gain exposure to investors

Jessica Berg, director of the Minnesota Cup, will answer your questions and share pointers on how to apply and make the most of the venture competition experience. MN Cup is a community-led, public-private partnership that brings together corporations, VCs, foundations, government and skilled volunteers to support Minnesota’s entrepreneurs.
