Location and Description

Access to renewable energy is one of the driving efforts of global research today. In France, the development of new energy sources is done within a current energy mix dependent on nuclear power. Join University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering faculty and staff in Montpellier, France to explore developments in energy production within the European research framework. Students will be introduced to the University of Minnesota study center in Montpellier, and the University of Montpellier. This program will also include a visit to Paris! French language background is not required to participate, but students will have the opportunity to learn and practice French during the program.
