A virtual tour of Menlo's Software Factory led by Rich Sheridan

Menlo Innovations hosted thousands of visitors each year in their offices, sharing the Menlo Way through software factory tours and workshops. But on March 16, 2020 – all that had to change. They decided to embark on one of their biggest experiments – hosting virtual tours! Since then, nearly 2,000 visitors have toured Menlo’s software factory in its new, emerging environment.

We'll spend 40 minutes together sharing Menlo's history, values, culture and practices - and how we've transitioned to where we are today. While we miss the buzz of the factory floor’s open office environment, we are thrilled to be able to still share what we’ve learned. Join us and be part of this latest experiment as we show you around Menlo as it is today!
