REU students join the CTC for summer research!

We have a cohort of REU students, through both MRSEC and NSF/Lando programs, joining CTC groups this summer! This group includes:

We hosted the 56th Midwest Theoretical Chemistry Conference this past weekend where we had over 100 researchers join us here on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus! There was a lot of UMN

September seminars include hearing from our own faculty, Prof. Ilja Siepmann on Monday September 14th at 3PM in Smith 117/119 for a CTC seminar, and Prof. Sapna Sarupria on Thursday September 17th at 9:45AM in Smith 331 for a Department Seminar. We will also have Prof. Carol Hall from North Carolina State University (hosted by Prof. Sarupria) join us for the Margaret C. Etter Memorial Lecture in Materials Chemistry Department Seminar in Smith 331 on Tuesday September 29th at 9:45AM.
