Developers may be familiar with Journey Mapping as a visualization tool to understand the process of a user accomplishing a goal.

In this workshop the user is the developer: we will Journey Map the process of the development experience (DevEx) itself.

This interactive workshop gives developers a framework to share their thoughts, motivations, and needs so that we can discover opportunities for improving the Developer Experience

Tom has a track record in technology leadership as a Chief Technologist for a national sales area, as a technology startup founder, and as the CEO of a software development consultancy.
