The University of Minnesota finalized an agreement with Upstream Technologies, a Minneapolis startup company that aims to commercialize a device that will improve sediment control for urban runoff (storm water). The device was developed by civil engineering researchers at the College of Science and Engineering’s St. Anthony Falls Lab.
