Abstract

Smart Information Flow Technologies (SIFT) is a Minneapolis-based defense contractor that works on a variety of research in AI, natural language processing, automated planning, optimization, and other domains.  This talk will discuss mathematical/machine learning research projects at SIFT including natural language processing and mathematical model validation, with application domains including healthcare/epidemiology, code generation, and disaster response in various cultural contexts.
