Kyle Marek-Spartz

Kyle is a critical thinker who cross-pollinates domains with an aim for continuous improvement. During the week, Kyle manages engineers building resilient systems at Shipt. Twice a month, Kyle facilitates Resilience-Coffee.org, a virtual meetup discussing topics related to resilience engineering. Kyle is a trained negotiation coach and ally skills workshop facilitator. Kyle serves on the board of directors for SPNN (Saint Paul Neighborhood Network).

Previously, Kyle worked on accelerating new region deployments at AWS and has worked in domains such as government communications, speech recognition for medical research, cross-language recommender systems, and suborbital rocketry.

Kyle is a lifelong Minnesotan who lives in Roseville with a toddler and a brilliant entomologist.
