Julia received his PhD in Mathematics from Université Paris Diderot (now Université de Paris) in 2018, under the supervision of Thierry De Pauw. He then did a two-year post-doc at the University of Padova, in Italy, working with Davide Vittone. He is now a post-doc in the group of Guy David at Université Paris Saclay, in Orsay.
