Antonios received his B.Sc. in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He later received a M.Sc. in Organic and Molecular Electronics from TU Dresden.
Alvertis is currently a Ph.D. student at the Cavendish laboratory of the University of Cambridge after obtaining a M.Phil. degree in Scientific Computing. His research focuses on the theoretical understanding of molecular systems, and examines the interplay between excitons and vibrations, towards the larger aim of developing efficient novel solar energy technologies.
