About Us

Since 1950, the College of Science & Engineering Co-op Program has been a co-operative effort between industry and the University to provide a high quality, practical engineering education to our students. The University education lays the groundwork for a successful engineering career, but the concomitant education provided by industry enhances and enriches that education, and prepares students for applying their knowledge as they establish their engineering careers. For the student, it is the best of both possible worlds. For the employer, it represents an opportunity to give back to the community while staying connected to a pool of talented young engineers.
