Connecting to a Departmental Pool

  1. Download and Install the Cisco Secure VPN Client if it is not installed already.
  2. Open the Cisco Secure Client.
  3. Select UMN - Department Pools in the VPN dropdown menu.Note: Shortcuts to specific departmental pools will appear in the VPN dropdown menu after the first time you connect to the pool.

  4. A list of available departmental pools will be displayed in the Group dropdown menu. Choose the appropriate departmental pool.

  5. Enter your InternetID and password.

  6. Click OK.
  7. Authenticate with Duo when prompted.
