Connecting to a Departmental Pool

  1. Download and Install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client if it is not installed already.
  2. Open the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
  3. Select UMN - Department Pools in the VPN dropdown menu. A departmental pool selection box will appear.

    • Note: Shortcuts to specific departmental pools will appear in the VPN dropdown menu after the first time you connect to the pool.

  4. Choose the appropriate departmental pool in the Group dropdown menu.

  5. Enter your InternetID and password.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Authenticate with Duo when prompted.
